Sonia Glanville Principal of Exercise Rx has extensive experience in health and sport. She graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1998 with a degree in exercise science. She has represented Australia twice in artistic roller skating and had a gymnastics background. She has been teaching part-time at TAFE in fitness, sport & recreation. She was a trainer/assessor with the Asthma Foundation for 7yearsand previously with Sports Medicine Australia and has consulted part-time at Westmead Hospital in the obesity outpatient clinic for 6years. A contractor to Healthworks; ESSA; SMA.
She holds qualifications in massage therapy (Ass.Dip.Health Science) personal training/coaching & PDHPE teaching (Grad.Dip.Ed.UTS)
She has been registered with with ESSA as an exercise physiologist/exercise scientist & member, & also a full professional member of Sports Medicine Australia, Australian Strength and Conditoning Association Level 1 coach from 1995, & Association of Massage Therapists.
She was a member of the ACI aged care, falls, chronic disease, pain, musculoskeletal networks and mental health professionals network & CESPHN; Australian Sports Perfomance Network; Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. She holds a Whitecard; SA Leadership in Venues; SA sports taping; Current first aid and CPR & Working with Children Clearance number 0143139E.
She understands limitatons people may have when exercising. She has a personal interest in scoliosis, PCOS, asthma and weight management through exercise and dietary changes. She is also a pool lifeguard at Engadine and Sutherland. She is on the executive committee for the NSW chronic care agency for clinical innovation.
Exercise Rx provides quality services in the CESPHN, Sydney, Sutherland Shire and St George area to get results. Sonia's professional interests are around weight training, sarcopenia, nerve impingement, holistic health & musculoskeletal disorders.

Payment Terms & Conditions-Payment is due prior to treatment via cash, EFTPOS, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, bulk billing in shorter consultations or EFT. Bulk discount including hydrotherapy, special bulk deals 50% deposit required prior to consultation. Cancellation policy of 50% of fee due if appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice.
